Practice Administrator Program
Welcome to the Practice Administrator Program, brought to you by Prosperity Dental Solutions, LLC. This is a four-month program designed to prepare an Office Manager for the eight-month Master Practice Administrator Program. Program requirements & Course Objectives are listed in detail below.
The program is taught via recorded modules which are released weekly on Fridays. Login credentials were created when you registered, but if you need us to reset your password please email me at cindy@prosperitydentalsolutions.com. Modules are anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. At the completion of each module, participants will receive workable downloads to utilize and implement into their practices as needed. We recommend adding your own logos and editing as you see fit.
Please purchase 2 binders, one for the Office Manager and one for the doctor. You will need to print the materials shared each week and place in the binders. You will be asked to schedule a weekly meeting with your doctor to review the course content, materials and to start discussing your practice metrics. There will be a quiz after every lesson to be completed before moving forward with this course.
Group Zoom meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 12:00 pm EST. We will be sending Zoom invites to each of you. These Zoom meetings are mandatory and provide tremendous value in networking with other PA professionals for ideas and insight.
We schedule what we refer to as One on Ones monthly. One on Ones are designed for us to have individual meetings with members of the Practice Administrator program to aid in a more personalized coaching approach specific to you and your practice. We find the one on one’s to be highly beneficial. Many of the enrollees in the program find it’s sometimes easier to speak one on one than in the group setting. Additionally, you may be struggling in a certain area and the one on one’s give you the time to begin to address these struggles and game plan resolutions with us.
After surveying our participants, we find that they typically spend anywhere from 2-4 hours a week on the program.

I have also attached a link for the 16 Personalities Assessment, please complete this assessment and email the results back to me. Make sure to do this on a laptop or PC as it frequently will not forward results if done on a cell phone. You will have fun with this!
